Please bring a bathing suit, slides or flip-flops, and reusable water bottle. We will provide fresh towels and water refills.

Kiln is located at Gordon Lodge in Bailey’s Harbor (1420 Pine Dr, Baileys Harbor, WI 54202).

Ample onsite parking is available for guests of Kiln at Gordon Lodge.

Restrooms are available for guests to use at Gordon Lodge.

Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome dependent on availability. 

Kiln is open Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please check our Instagram page for up to date schedule information.

Sauna sessions are 75 minutes long. To get the full experience, please arrive on time. We’re unable to extend or refund missed time for late arrivals.

Children ages 14 and up are welcome to visit Kiln with a parent or guardian. Children require their own separate bookings. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Public sauna reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48-hours before the time of the reservation, and private sauna reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 168-hours (one week), before the time of the reservation. Reservations cannot be rescheduled or canceled within 48-hours (for public sessions), or 168-hours (for private sessions), for any reason and will be charged in full.

No shows will also be charged in full. Same day or next day bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason. Late arrivals will not receive extra time or compensation.

No food or beverages other than water are permitted at Kiln. Thank you for understanding!
